Recipe:
- Put milk, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla, cocoa powder in a pot and mix well.
- Place the pot on a low heat and stir frequently until the ingredients boil and become thick.
- When the ingredients become thick and creamy, turn off the heat and stir the cream occasionally until it becomes lukewarm.
- At the bottom of the serving dish, place a row of petit borre biscuits and apply the resulting cocoa cream on the biscuits.
- Place another row of biscuits on top of the cream and cover it with cream.
- Cover the next layer with rolled bananas and apply cream on the bananas.
- Cover the next layers with biscuits and cream in the same way until the ingredients are finished.
- Cover the last layer with cream and, if desired, decorate it with walnuts, pistachios or almonds.
- Cover the serving dish with cellophane and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to cool down.
